Parade
Any parade entry welcome! Start lining up from facing east on E.12th Street (street in front of the park bathrooms). Parade will start at 3:00 and route will go from E 12th, south on Briggs, west on Park Road then end in front of the football field.
Veterans Appreciation Ceremony
We are asking all veterans to please attend the football game on Friday evening to be recognized. All veterans please gather on the track at 6:30 PM for the ceremony.
Car Show
All new or old cars, trucks, farm machinery, or motorcycles are welcome to enter the car show. Pre-registration is not necessary. Please sign-up Saturday morning at the street near the baseball grandstands.
Variety Show
Register at the east end of the Pink Building beginning at 6:30 PM. Show will begin at 7:00 PM. If you require special equipment other than microphone please bring with you or notify us in advance so we can provide it.
Time Capsule Opening
The time capsule buried at Kinsley's 100th Anniversary in 1973 will be opened at the Edwards County Historical Museum. Please feel free to bring items to bury in the capsule to be opened at Kinsley's 200th Anniversary Celebration!
Old West Shootout
Head on down to Main Street (6th Street) at 2:00 PM for a good old fashioned Old West Shootout!
Yard Game Tournaments
Register at the information table by 1:00 PM. Anyone is welcome to participate in the Horseshoe, Cornhole, or Pickleball Tournaments.
Champagne on the Prairie
Travel out to Beaver Creek Ranch and enjoy a hay rack ride through the prairie along with champagne and hors d'oeuvres while you watch the gorgeous Kansas sunset. Please RSVP form this special event by filling out the form by August 24th. Admission $20 payable at the door.
